Pride Advocate
- A 2SLGBTQIA+ Advocate is an individual who identifies as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
- A 2SLGBTQIA+ Advocate is a workplace representative who will assist and provide support for 2SLGBTQIA+ workers whose role in the workplace will include:
-Promoting inclusivity and diversity within the workplace
-Collaborating on the development and implementation of homophobia, transphobia and biphobia Action Plans.
-Fostering partnerships with external organizations to support 2SLGBTQIA+ initiatives.
